New Platform Log in Support

This article is intended for users who have started using our new MTM Platform.

If you created your MTM account using your Google account and are having difficulty logging in, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Use this log in page to sign in. Click the button to “Continue with Google” (see below) and ensure that you are signed into the Google account that is associated with your Maneuvering the Middle account.
  2. After clicking, your available Google accounts will pop up. Please be sure to select the account that matches the email address your MTM Platform invite was sent to.

If you created your MTM account using your email address and a platform specific password, or if you've followed the the steps above and are still having difficulty logging in, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Clear your cache using these directions.
  2. Go back to this log in page.
  3. Click the "Forgot password?" link (see below).
  4. Enter the email address your MTM Platform invite was sent to.
  5. Upon entering an email address that is set up on our platform, you will receive a password reset link via email. If you do not receive an email, please go back to your invite email and confirm you have entered the correct email address.
  6. In the “Set Your New Password for Maneuvering the Middle” email, click the button to “Set New Password”.
  7. Create a new password and click “Set Password”.
  8. This will take you back to the original log in page where you can enter your email address and newly created password in the top log in section.
