Clearing Your Browser Cache

If you are having trouble loading the resources, clearing the cache of the web browser you use may alleviate these problems.

1. When using Google Chrome, click on the three dots in the upper right corner.

2. Click More Tools and then Clear Browsing Data.

3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All Time.

4. Check the boxes for "Cookies and Other Site Data" and "Cached Images and Files."

5. Click Clear Data.
