Managing Subscriptions on Behalf of a Teacher
This article is intended for users who have started using our MTM Platform.
To cancel a subscription or to update the credit card on file for an account you created on behalf of a teacher, locate your email confirming the purchase. This email will be titled with the phrase: Your receipt from Maneuvering the Middle, LLC #______ and contains both an invoice and a receipt.
If you purchased your own subscription, follow the directions in this Help Center article.
In your emailed receipt, click the Manage Subscription button. Maneuvering the Middle partners with Stripe for billing and account management. When you click on Manage subscription, you will be directed to log into a customer portal within Stripe. You will receive an email with a link to this customer portal. The link will expire in 30 minutes.
To cancel a subscription, simply click the Cancel button.
To update the credit card on file, click the edit icon as shown below.
