Individual Subscriptions - Managing your Account and Billing

This article is intended for users who have started using our new MTM Platform.

To cancel your personal subscription or to update the credit card on file, log into your account and click on Subscriptions, then Manage Billing

If you purchased on behalf of a teacher, follow the directions in this Help Center article. Maneuvering the Middle partners with Stripe for billing and account management. When you click on Manage Billing, you will be directed to log into a customer portal within Stripe. You will receive an email with a link to this customer portal. The link will expire in 30 minutes. 

To cancel your subscription, simply click the Cancel button.

To update your credit card on file, click the edit icon as shown below.
