Why can’t I access my files?

Don’t worry! Your files haven’t disappeared! Here are some possible causes (and solutions).

  1. Did you purchase your product on Teachers Pay Teachers? If so, log in to your TpT account to download your resources. While we continue to support the resources, we do not have access to account information.  For additional support with TpT resources, submit a ticket with TpT. 
  1. Check your login. After a period of inactivity, you may be logged out for security purposes.  Open a new browser and log in again. 
  1. Do you have two accounts?  Make sure you are logged in with the same account that you used to make your purchase. You might be surprised how many people hold more than one account!

Refresh the download page. Your download links will “expire” after a period of time. Simply refreshing the page will generate working links. Presto!
