Licensing Requirements

Our school licensing requires each teacher to have a license for every grade level they teach. Licensing is based on the number of teachers utilizing the resources, not the number of students in each class. When requesting a quote, the grade levels do not need to be specified.

Example 1:

If a campus has two math teachers:

  • One teacher is assigned to 6th grade and 7th grade
  • One teacher is assigned to 7th grade and 8th grade

Then the campus needs 4 licenses:

  • Once the order is processed, the account admin will see 4 licenses on the account.
  • The account admin will assign the first teacher licenses for 6th and 7th grade curricula, and the second teacher will be assigned licenses for 7th and 8th grade curricula.

Example 2:

If a campus has four math teachers:

  • One teacher is assigned to 6th grade and accelerated 6th/7th grade
  • One teacher is assigned to 7th and accelerated 7th/8th grade
  • One teacher is assigned to 8th grade and Algebra 1

Then the campus needs 6 licenses:

  • Once the order is processed, the account admin will see 6 licenses on the account.
  • The account admin will assign the first teacher licenses for 6th and 7th grade curricula, the second teacher will be assigned 7th and 8th grade, and the third teacher will be assigned 8th grade and Algebra 1.

License Requirements for Co-Teachers and Specialists

Our platform requires a unique login for each user to access the resources for planning and implementing instruction. If teachers are responsible for planning and instruction with students, they will need a license to use All Access and/or Maneuvering Math resources.

We’ve listed a few examples below. We understand this list is not exhaustive and are happy to discuss with the account admin on specific licensing needs for each campus.

License(s) Needed:

A co-teacher or teaching assistant that prepares materials in advance by accessing the website to view the resources or instructional videos.

An intervention teacher that prepares materials in advance to support students in a tier 2 or 3 setting or within the mainstream classroom.

License Not Required:

A co-teacher that supports the primary educator in the classroom by supporting students with the material prepared by the primary educator. Answer keys may be provided by the primary educator in advance, but access to the materials on the platform will not be provided.
